Juli 2022 hat das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament mit gro\u00dfer Mehrheit seine Zustimmung zum Digital Services Act (DSA) und Digital Markets Act (DMA) in Stra\u00dfburg gegeben. Zum parallel zum DSA verhandelten DMA, in dem die k\u00fcnftige Regulierung gro\u00dfer Online-Gatekeeper festgelegt wird, wurde bereits am 24. M\u00e4rz 2022 eine Einigung im Trilog erzielt (<em>vgl. dazu FIW-Bericht vom 28.03.22<\/em>). Die Annahme im Plenum erfolgte mit 588 Stimmen zu 11 Gegenstimmen und 31 Enthaltungen. Beide Verordnungen m\u00fcssen nun noch offiziell im Rat angenommen werden, bevor sie im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden und in Kraft treten k\u00f6nnen. Die Annahme im Rat zum DMA ist f\u00fcr den 18. Juli 2022 vorgesehen, die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Amtsblatt voraussichtlich f\u00fcr Oktober 2022.
