Januar 2025 seinen 10-Jahres-Bericht \u00fcber\ndie Durchsetzung der U.S-amerikanischen Kartellgesetze ver\u00f6ffentlicht, der die Arbeit der Division zur\nDurchsetzung der U.S-amerikanischen Kartellgesetze von 2015 bis 2024 zusammenfasst. Der Bericht in Form von\nStatistiken gibt einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Aktivit\u00e4ten der Abteilung zur Durchsetzung des Bundeskartellrechts\nund generell \u00fcber die Entwicklung der Fallzahlen in verschiedenen Bereichen. In der Statistik werden die\nFallzahlen einschl\u00e4giger Durchsetzungs- und Advocacy-Ma\u00dfnahmen der Antitrust Division aufgef\u00fchrt. Dazu\ngeh\u00f6ren Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen monopolistische Praktiken und Wettbewerbsbeschr\u00e4nkungen, wie z. B. die Untersagung\nvon wettbewerbsbeschr\u00e4nkenden Fusionen und die Verfolgung wettbewerbswidriger Straftaten. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Die&nbsp;Statistik\nzeigt beispielsweise, dass die Gesamtzahl der offenen, anh\u00e4ngigen undabgeschlossenen Zivilklagen (open,\npending and closed civil instigations) in 2024 mit 112 Klagen die h\u00f6chste seit 10 Jahren ist. So konzentriert\nsich das DOJ seit Jahren darauf, die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Anwendung der Kartellgesetze vor US-Gerichten zu\ngew\u00e4hrleisten (vgl. z.
